You will collaborate closely with technical, functional, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration and innovation within RBC’s HR ecosystem. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging AI technologies to optimize Workday processes, driving efficiency and transformative solutions.\nWhat will you do?\nTranslate business and functional requirements into robust technical integration designs aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.\nServe as Technical Contact for Workday integrations / Extend requirements throughout the full lifecycle (Design, build, test, deploy, and support).\nDesign and build end-to-end Workday integration & Extend solution’s, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and long-term maintainability.\nPartner with HR Workday Functional Leads, enterprise architects, security teams, and third-party vendors to deliver cohesive solutions.\nEstablish and contribute to integration standards, patterns, documentation, and governance models.\nSupport solution design across multiple Workday modules and external systems (SAP, ServiceNow etc.).\nProvide expertise in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system maintenance for Workday environments.\nCollaborate on innovation projects to future-proof HR systems and improve user experiences.\nContribute to AI-driven initiatives by integrating cutting-edge technologies to automate and enhance HR processes.\nWhat do you need to succeed?\nMust-have\nWorkday Implementation & Support Experience.\n3-8 years Experience with Workday.\nHands on Technical Development experience.\nStrong experience designing and develop Workday integration & extend solutions in complex enterprise environments.\nDeep expertise across Workday integration & extend technologies like App development, EIB, Core & Cloud Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, BIRT, custom reports, and calculated fields.\nSolid technical background in REST & SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, WQL, Orchestrations, Web Services, Java, and/or .NET.\nProven ability to design secure, scalable, and resilient integration / extend solutions.\nExperience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, ShapeIn, Azure Integration Services) is an asset.\nStrong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to develop integrations / extend application to support project requirements.\nNice to have\nLeadership experience\nWorkday extend experience. \nWhat's in it for you?\nWe thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
