The role oversees ECM platforms, workflows, and team development to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant content management while advancing automation and digital transformation.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nLead the design, support, improvement, and life-cycle management of ECM platforms to ensure they are reliable, scalable, high-performing, and well-integrated\nProvide leadership, coaching, performance management, and development planning for ECM engineers, administrators, and specialist while managing team capacity and resource allocation\nEnsure compliance with regulatory, legal, audit, retention, privacy, and security requirements by partnering with key stakeholders to manage risk and maintain auditability across document and workflow activities\nLead workflow automation and process optimization by designing automated solutions, reducing manual effort, and leveraging capture, BPM, RPA, and system integration technologies\nOversee the full content life-cycle to ensure enterprise content is properly captured, classified, stored, retrieved, archived, disposed of, indexed, searchable, and accessible to authorized users\nDefine, monitor, and report performance metrics to support service optimization, process improvement, user adoption, and continuous improvement of ECM services\nManage ECM vendors and support technologies by evaluating solutions\nEnsure compliance with regulatory, legal, audit, retention, privacy, and security requirements by partnering with key stakeholders to manage risk and maintain auditability across document and workflow activities\nKey leadership capabilities, such as learning agility, and advanced software development expertise are essential for effective scaling\nAll other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice)\nRequirements:\nAssociate’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a closely related field or two years' job-related work experience in lieu of associate’s degree\nFive-year server support experience in the management of a Document Management System;
