This position is ideal for individuals with a strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a dynamic organisation.\nPrinciple Accountabilities:\nInvoice Preparation: Generate and send invoices to students and sponsors accurately and in a timely manner.\nPayment Processing: Record and reconcile payments through various channels, including electronic transfers, and credit card transactions.\nCollections: Follow up with students on overdue payments and assist in resolving outstanding issues while maintaining positive relationships.\nStudent/Parent Inquiries: Respond to student or parent inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account balances promptly and professionally.\nAccount Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile student accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies on a timely basis.\nAging Reports: Maintain and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and implement collection strategies in conjunction with the accounts receivable manager.\nData Entry: Accurately input and update financial data into the student record system on a timely basis.\nMonth-end Close: Assist in the month-end close process, including the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.\nSupport Finance Team: Collaborate with senior members of the finance team on special projects and provide support as needed.\nCross Department Working: Ensure that all student documentation regarding tuition fees is maintained and work collaboratively with other departments including but not limited to Admissions, Academic Operations, Student Records as necessary.\nOther: Performing such other duties as may be required.\nRequirements\nKey Requirements/Person Specification:\nA degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.\nStrong numerical and analytical skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Arabic.Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.\nBasic understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes is preferred but not required for entry-level
