Job Description

• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead project teams through planning, initiation, execution, and closure to ensure project objectives are met within approved scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining high quality.
• Planning & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project plans (Project Management Plan, WBS, Schedule), handle technical/functional documentation, and deliver regular weekly and monthly status reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain proactive communication and coordination with sponsors, steering committees, and key stakeholders to align project expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks (Risk & Issue Register Management) while managing technical incidents and field challenges.
• Change Management: Control project scope changes (Change Request Management) and evaluate their impact on cost, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Team & Vendor Coordination: Manage the allocation and performance of cross-functional project teams (System Analysts, Developers, QA, DevOps) alongside third-party vendors.
• Testing & Handover: Oversee testing phases (UAT, Performance Testing, Security Hardening) up to the official handover, formal acceptance (BAST), and transition to the operational team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

1. Educational Background & Certifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or IT Management.
• Professional Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM I) are a strong plus.

2. Experience & Technical Skills:

• Proven experience leading software implementation or development projects within financial services (banking & insurance) or government institutions.
• In-depth understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience or strong familiarity acting as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager is preferred.
• Proficient in enterprise project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Knowledgeable in IT procurement governance and financial/government data compliance regulations (OJK, BI, Dukcapil).

3. Soft Skills & Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of engaging clients from government agencies and the financial sector (Banking & Insurance).
• Excellent lobbying, negotiation, persuasion, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong leadership qualities, capable of providing clear direction and keeping teams motivated under pressure.
• Skilled in stakeholder expectation management and crisis communication.

4. Language Proficiency:

• Good proficiency in spoken and written English, including the ability to compile executive reports and deliver C-level presentations.
