Wir automatisieren das Scraping behördlicher Geoportale (WFS/WMS), aggregieren Vektor- und Satellitendaten (InSAR/TIR) und entwickeln räumliche Algorithmen, um Vorhabenberichte, Restriktionsprüfungen und Eignungs-Dossiers auf Knopfdruck bereitzustellen. \nIhre Aufgaben: \nArchitektur & Core-Engine: Konzeption, Implementierung und Skalierung der zentralen Geodatenbank-Infrastruktur auf Basis von PostgreSQL / PostGIS. \nAutomatisierte Daten-Ingestion: Entwicklung robuster ETL- und Scraping-Pipelines (Python, OWSLib, GDAL) zur kontinuierlichen Anbindung amtlicher Geodienste (WFS, WMS, GeoJSON) von BGR, Vermessungs- und Landesämtern. \nMulti-Layer-Verschneidungen: Programmierung hochperformanter räumlicher SQL-Algorithmen (GiST-Indizes, ST-Funktionen) zur Verschneidung von Flurstücken (ALKIS), Restriktionszonen (WHG, Naturschutz), Stromtrassen, Gasleitungen und Aquiferen. \nDocument-Mining: Technische Integration von Vision- und KI-Parsern zur Extraktion strukturierter Messwerte aus historischen Bohrloch- und Laborberichten. \nDossier- & Karten-Automatisierung: Automatisierte Generierung kartografischer Anlagen und strukturierter Datenberichte für Vorprüfungen und Gutachten. \nIhr Anforderungsprofil: \nErfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Geoinformatik, Informatik, Vermessungswesen / Geodäsie, Data Science oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung im Geospatial-Bereich. \nExzellente Kenntnisse in PostgreSQL / PostGIS sowie performantem Spatial-Query-Design. \nSicherer Umgang mit Python und Bibliotheken wie GeoPandas, Shapely, GDAL/OGR und OWSLib. \nVerständnis der deutschen Geodatenstandards (ALKIS, ATKIS, INSPIRE) sowie Koordinatenreferenzsystemen (ETRS89/UTM, Gauß-Krüger). \nPragmatische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Affinität zu cloudbasierten
