They are comfortable working in Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint, can navigate large volumes of data, and are confident using AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, and productivity. Python experience is a strong asset, as is experience working with software development and technology delivery teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage projects from planning through execution, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.\nManage project activities and workflows in Jira and coordinate across teams and stakeholders.\nSupport software and technology delivery initiatives, working closely with engineering, product, QA, infrastructure, and other technical teams.\nCoordinate requirements, development, testing, UAT, releases, and implementation activities across the software delivery lifecycle.\nAnalyze large volumes of data using Excel and other tools to identify trends, issues, and insights.\nPrepare clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, reports, and project updates.\nUse AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve operational efficiency.\nWork closely with business, technology, and other stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.\nTranslate complex technical and business information into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.\nPreferred Qualifications\n7+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related role within banking / financial services.\nStrong understanding of banking environments, processes, and stakeholders.\nProven experience managing projects and multiple priorities, including technology or software delivery projects.\nStrong Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.\nExperience working with Agile / Scrum teams and familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nHighly analytical with the ability to work through large datasets and complex information.\nStrong AI literacy and practical experience using AI tools.\nPython experience is an asset, particularly for data analysis and automation.\nExperience working with technical teams, software development, systems integration, APIs, databases, or cloud technologies is an asset.\nExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as a trusted advisor to banking stakeholders, aligning business objectives with technology delivery.\nLead analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for strategic initiatives.\nProvide oversight of software delivery projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards.\nFacilitate release planning and readiness reviews in collaboration with product, development, QA, and operations teams.\nDevelop project governance frameworks, including reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.\nConduct impact assessments for new initiatives, identifying dependencies and regulatory implications.\nSupport post-release evaluations, ensuring lessons learned are captured and continuous improvement is applied.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nProven experience as a Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or Project Manager within the banking or financial services industry.\nStrong knowledge of banking operations, compliance requirements, and technology-driven change programs.\nDeep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle.\nDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nFamiliarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, or CBAP.\nExperience with regulatory, compliance, or risk-related initiatives in banking.\nTechnical background or familiarity with software architecture and integration concepts.\nJoin Our Global Team: We invite you to apply for the position at RE Partners.
