The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity and an interest in creating engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites and marketing materials.\nFreshers with a strong portfolio, academic projects, or personal design work are encouraged to apply.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate creative designs for social media posts, stories, ads, banners and digital campaigns.\nDevelop visually appealing graphics based on client and campaign requirements.\nWork with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.\nFollow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across creative assets.\nCreate multiple design concepts and make revisions based on feedback.\nAssist in designing promotional materials, presentations, website graphics and other marketing collaterals.\nStay updated with current design trends, social media trends and creative styles.\nOrganize and maintain design files and assets properly.\nSupport the creative team with day-to-day design requirements.\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong creativity and visual sense.\nBasic understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts and composition.\nGood attention to detail.\nAbility to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into designs.\nWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.\n\nSoftware Skills\nBasic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred.\nKnowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage.\nCandidates who are willing to learn new design tools are encouraged to apply.\n\nQualifications\nAny Bachelor's/Diploma qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.\nFreshers are welcome to apply.\nA portfolio of college projects, personal designs, social media creatives, or other design work will
