You’ll work closely with the portfolio management team, fund administrators and internal leadership to ensure Re7 operates with precision and scalability as we continue to expand globally.\nResponsibilities\nFund Operations & Reporting\nManage the fund valuation process in collaboration with fund administrators and portfolio teams\nLiaise with administrators and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate investor reporting\nIdentify and implement process improvements via tooling, automation, or procedural upgrades\nManage month end processes\nManage & deliver price updates for tokenised funds & strategies\nEstablish and maintain fund administrator oversight frameworks and valuation governance\nEnsure process & automations keep pace with ongoing advances in DeFi \nIdentify and monitor pricing sources for illiquid and complex assets\nScope out, champion and enable improvements to portfolio valuation tools & processes\nImplement data quality controls and reconciliation routines\nCo-ordinate and manage fund audit processes\nStakeholder Reporting\nDefine data ownership and validation standards for fund performance, AUM, and exposure reporting\nDrive consistency and automation across internal and external reporting packs\nOversee tokenised reporting integrations (smart contracts, on-chain data transparency)\nPortfolio Management Support\nProject management \nManage changes/improvements to infrastructure, processes etc\nPlan and execute new fund & strategy launches\nOversee counterparty due diligence and documentation maintenance\nManage relationships and oversee opening of accounts with exchanges, smart wallets, etc\nRepresent Fund Operations in investment committee meetings\nRisk Management\nMaintain and evolve Operational Risk Frameworks and Risk Control Self-Assessments\nTrack performance against key risk thresholds and parameters\nManage third-party risk assessments e.g. for MPC wallet providers and exchanges\nImplement incident reporting and root cause analysis for operational breaches\nClient Onboarding\nOversee the client onboarding process for new investors\nCo-ordinate and oversee AML/KYC activities, liaising with compliance teams and administrators\nCreate onboarding metrics (turnaround times, pain points, satisfaction feedback)\nEnsure subscription & redemption flows are well managed and communicated\nFinancial Management\nGroup-wide financial reporting \nQuarterly reporting & forecasting\nBudget setting and performance reviews\nGroup-wide liquidity management\nDevelop dashboards for P&L and liquidity tracking\nOversee client invoicing and on-chain revenue collection & reporting\nManage sales incentives programs for BD teams & cross-sell activities \nManage sales commission tracking & calculations\nCollaborate with group accountant and local entity accountants to ensure inter-company transactions are optimised for efficiency and accounted for correctly\nCollaborate with senior management on financial strategy and performance KPIs\nStrategic & Cross-Functional Support\nContribute to new business and product expansion initiatives\nStep in to support other areas of the business as needed\nRequirements\n5+ years of operations experience across Crypto, TradFi and/or FinTech, at least 2 of those in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration\nSelf-starter with the ability to work with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced and demanding environment\nStrong work ethic and results focused, accountable for consistent results\nHighly organised and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities\nAbility to quickly convert problems into solutions, actions and execution\nExcellent communication skills, both written and ability to influence across a
