These listings are testament to every person who helps make REA a great place to work.\nWhere the team fits in\nThe New Homes product team builds the digital experiences that help developers, builders and project marketers showcase developments, manage their listings and connect with buyers. We own key experiences including Builder Profiles, Project Profiles and New Homes-specific customer flows, partnering with design, engineering, data and commercial teams to deliver simple products that create value for customers and consumers.\nWhat the role is all about\nAs Senior Product Manager, you will lead the New Homes Engage squad and its product roadmap. The squad helps the right buyers discover and evaluate new home projects through search, personalisation, richer content and lifecycle marketing. You will work with Engineering, Product Design, Go to Market, Sales and Customer Operations to improve key experiences, including project profiles, recommendations, search and project updates.\nOwn the Project Profile product roadmap, aligning priorities to REA’s strategy and delivering value for customers and consumers.\nDevelop product strategy by building a deep understanding of customer and consumer needs, market trends, competitor activity and product performance.\nLead discovery and prioritisation of initiatives that improve project discoverability and the Project Profile experience, including search, recommendations, richer content and project updates.\nPartner with engineering, design and delivery teams to define clear outcomes, create viable plans and deliver high-quality product experiences.\nWork closely with sales, marketing, go-to-market and customer operations teams to plan successful launches and support customer adoption.\nMonitor product and commercial performance, investigate trends and turn insights into actions that drive growth and improve customer outcomes.\nIdentify and evaluate opportunities to optimise the product, including pricing, packaging and customer value propositions.\nCommunicate product strategy, priorities and decisions clearly, manage risk and keep cross-functional teams aligned.\nShare your expertise and contribute to a collaborative, outcome-focused product culture.\nWho we’re looking for\nSignificant product management experience in a digital, media, marketplace or similarly customer-focused business\nA proven track record of shaping product strategy and taking products from discovery through to delivery, launch and continuous improvement\nStrong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect customer needs to business value and identify opportunities to improve product performance and growth\nA data-informed approach to decision-making, using customer insights, market trends, competitor analysis and product performance to guide priorities\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer operations and analytics\nExperience launching and optimising customer-facing products in a complex environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\nThe ability to create clarity, manage risk, prioritise effectively and keep cross-functional teams focused on shared outcomes\nExperience in property, real estate, advertising, subscriptions, listings, search, personalisation or lead generation would be highly regarded\nThe REA experience\nThe physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we’ll never stop caring about.
