You will be joining a small, lean team who will rapidly create emerging content for huge audiences, ultimately creating key features within our apps.\nDevelop product specific features that help the application grow its user base, provide multiple monetization sources, and increase user retention.\nImplement MVP features and A/B tests in a fast-paced timeline to determine and measure user engagement.\nMaintain Android Launcher project and optimize system features accordingly with new Android System updates (Android 10, 11)\nDevelop and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define core structure of our products suite with daily contribution to the business needs. From adding new features, maintaining and optimizing existing functionality, to enhancing user experience and feasibility to use our products.\nMonitor product's analytics and improve application's performance.\nHandle bug fixing and maintain application within 0.3% crash free rate.\nWork with third-party data sources, libraries and APIs.\nEstimate development timelines and collaborate on building roadmap for product growth.\nWhat You Need\nStrong, production-level experience developing Android applications using Kotlin\nHands-on experience with Kotlin Coroutinesfor asynchronous programming.\nProven experience building modern UI with Jetpack Compose.\nExperience with MVVMor similar modern architectural patterns.\nComfort working in a lean, fast-paced environment where you help invent, maintain, and scale high-volume mobile applications.\nSolid understanding of UI/UX principles; experience designing intuitive user interfaces is a strong plus.\nExperience building applications in online advertising or a similar high-scale environment is a bonus.\nFamiliarity with Google Play Billingpreferred.\nValues\nAt ReachMobi, our core values guide how we work, make decisions, and show up every day.
