This role will support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Reactivate Operating System (ROS), working across functional teams to ensure business processes, technology platforms, and performance measures align with ROS capabilities.\nA key focus will be evaluating how Reactivate's technology platforms, particularly Salesforce, support business requirements and identifying opportunities to improve workflows, user interfaces, data reporting, and system integration. This role will also monitor Capability KPIs to identify performance trends, troubleshoot process and system issues, target training and support and recommend improvements to the ROS.\nContract Details: This is a six-month opportunity with an hourly pay rate of $70-80, depending on experience and qualifications.\nResponsibilities \nWork with functional teams to implement and continuously improve ROS capabilities and business processes\nEvaluate Salesforce and other business platforms against ROS requirements and identify opportunities for improvement\nTranslate business and user needs into clear functional requirements for Technology teams\nMonitor and trend Capability KPIs to identify performance issues and improvement opportunities\nPerform root-cause analysis to distinguish process, technology, data, training, and execution issues\nRecommend improvements to processes, systems, controls, and ROS requirements based on performance data and user feedback\nSupport testing, implementation, and adoption of technology and process changes\nDevelop targeted training and user support based on identified needs\nFacilitate cross-functional process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in business process management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, business systems analysis, or a similar role\nDemonstrated experience evaluating and improving business processes supported by enterprise technology platforms\nExperience with Salesforce or similar enterprise workflow/CRM platforms\nStrong process mapping, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills\nAbility to translate business requirements into technology and workflow requirements\nExperience developing and analyzing operational KPIs\nStrong cross-functional communication and facilitation skills\nAbility to work independently in a fully remote environment\nExperience with Lean/Six Sigma, enterprise technology transformation, renewable energy, engineering, construction, or other project-based businesses preferred\nEligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future\nWhy Reactivate \nTo support our incredible team and their families beyond the workplace, Reactivate provides an outstanding benefits package effective day one of employment.
