You'll work on complex, high-impact workflows, making them intuitive, consistent, and trustworthy for the people who depend on them.\nThe challenge is familiar to anyone who has designed enterprise software: how do you make a powerful, flexible product feel simple without hiding the controls and information people need?\nWhat you'll own:\nEnterprise workflows and administration\nDesign intuitive experiences for configuring, managing, and using Read across organizations\n\nSimplify complex settings, permissions, and administrative workflows\n\nClarity and consistency\nImprove information architecture, navigation, and interaction patterns across enterprise experiences\n\nBring strong visual and interaction craft to complex, information-dense interfaces\n\nTrust and control\nMake important actions, permissions, and system states easy to understand\n\nDesign thoughtful feedback, error, and recovery experiences for different user needs\n\nEnd-to-end product design\nPartner with Product, Engineering, and Research to turn complex requirements into intuitive solutions\n\nPrototype, deliver, and refine high-quality experiences from concept through launch\n\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience designing and shipping digital products, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction and visual design craft\n\nAbility to simplify complex workflows and information-heavy interfaces without losing important functionality\n\nStrong information architecture skills, including organizing settings, navigation, and content around user needs\n\nExperience designing beyond the happy path, including different user states, permissions, errors, and recovery paths\n\nSystems thinking and an eye for consistency across related product experiences\n\nAbility to independently own well-scoped product initiatives from exploration through implementation\n\nSound product judgment, including the ability to explore alternatives, explain trade-offs, and make thoughtful recommendations\n\nStrong partnership with Product and Engineering, including comfort working through technical constraints\n\nExperience using research, customer feedback, or product data to inform design decisions\n\nAbility to prototype interactions so teams can evaluate how an experience works, not just how it looks\n\nFluency with AI-assisted design tools and curiosity about new ways to improve design quality and speed\n\nA collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a desire to continually improve your craft\n\nNice to have\nExperience designing B2B SaaS, enterprise, or productivity software\n\nExperience with administrative tools, permissions, account management, or configuration workflows\n\nFamiliarity with identity management, provisioning, or enterprise security concepts\n\nExperience working with design systems across complex products\n\nExperience designing collaboration or multi-user experiences\n\nDirect enterprise-software experience is not required.
