In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web & desktop applications across both frontend and backend systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences and robust backend services that power our AI-driven platform.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain web applications across the full technology stack (frontend and backend).\n\nBuild and optimize user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React and Typescript.\n\nDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and systems design sessions.\n\nTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.\n\nContribute to Agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nDemonstrate ownership of projects and deliver solutions independently and as part of a team.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in software engineering, with proven fullstack development skills.\n\nProficiency with modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, Material UI).\n\nStrong knowledge in computer science fundamentals and low-level programming concepts.\n\nExperience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, AWS, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases).\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with AI-driven products or interest in AI/ML applications.\n\nPrior work in a startup or high-growth environment.\n\nFamiliarity with Figma or similar design tools.\n\nExperience with Rust and Tauri for desktop application development.\nWhy Read AI?\nInnovative: We bring AI to the masses with proactive technology that acts as the ultimate AI assistant.
