If you're excited to shape the future of AI-powered collaboration and want to make an impact at a product-focused startup, we'd love to meet you.\nThe Role:\nWe're looking for a Talent Partner to own recruiting for one of our core partner groups: either Product & Design or Engineering. You'll run every early-career through senior individual contributor search, plus Engineering Manager searches, end to end, from intake and sourcing through interview loops and offer close.\nToday our Head of Talent covers all Product, Design, and Engineering hiring. You'll take over the IC and Manager searches for your group, typically 6+ open reqs at a time. Your job is to add capacity and raise the bar on how we hire: faster loops, sharper calibration, and a candidate experience people talk about.\nYou’ll have a direct impact on our hiring culture by working with hiring managers and interviewers every day, helping your teammates do their best work. We have plenty of room to improve the process, including experimenting with the AI tools we build and use every day.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn full-cycle recruiting\nRun 6+ searches at a time, from early-career to senior IC and to Manager & Director roles, from intake to signed offer\n\nLead intakes that turn vague needs into written hiring briefs, scorecards, and interview plans\n\nScreen candidates with enough technical and functional fluency to calibrate quickly with hiring managers\n\nManage offers and closes, understanding what each candidate needs to say yes\n\nBuild pipeline through sourcing\nProactively source passive talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Dribbble, communities, and referrals\n\nWrite personalized outreach that gets responses\n\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future roles\n\nRun excellent interview loops\nCoordinate and schedule interviews across busy panels quickly and accurately\n\nPrepare interviewers and candidates so every conversation is useful\n\nRun debriefs that lead to clear, well-calibrated decisions\n\nPartner and report\nHelp hiring manager understand on market, talent availability, and process\n\nOwn recruiting operations for your searches in Ashby: interview plans, stages, scorecards, and data hygiene\n\nUse ATS reporting to share pipeline health, conversion, and forecasts, and flag at-risk reqs early\n\nMake the team better\nReview teammates' slates and sourcing strategies and share what works\n\nSupport Staff+ and leadership searches with sourcing when needed\n\nExperiment with AI tools, agents, and automation to speed up sourcing, prep, and coordination\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant time hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, and/or Design)\n\nExperience owning senior IC searches and, ideally, first-line manager searches\n\nProven sourcing skills: you can build a slate from scratch and write outreach people answer\n\nComfort partnering directly with hiring managers, including pushing back with data when needed\n\nStrong recruiting operations expertise and hands-on knowledge of a modern ATS, Ashby is strongly preferred.\n\nStrong organizational skills; you keep 6+ searches and complex loops moving without dropping details\n\nClear, warm communication with candidates at every stage\n\nA track record of closing candidates in competitive markets\n\nCuriosity about AI and how it can change recruiting work\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience setting up or improving ATS workflows, automations, or dashboards (e.g., Ashby interview plans, custom reports)\n\nExperience building AI agents, prompts, or AI-assisted workflows into your recruiting process\n\nStartup or high-growth company recruiting experience\n\nExperience recruiting in the Seattle tech market\n\nWhy This Role Matters:\nThe people we hire into Product, Design, and Engineering build the product our customers rely on every day.
