You’ll find the problems that matter most to our users, come up with new product ideas, and turn them into well-crafted solutions. The reading, annotating, and document editing workflows that millions of people rely on every day are yours to shape. You’ll make them clearer, faster and more consistent, and you’ll be accountable for the engagement and retention gains that follow.\nDecide what matters, then make it happen. Use research, analytics, and user feedback to find the biggest opportunities, explore bold ideas to solve them, and bring the strongest to life. You have an opportunity to set the direction instead of waiting for a brief.\nRaise the bar for the product experience. Lead a systematic effort to fix long-standing usability issues and inconsistencies across key user journeys, with a direct, measurable impact on core product metrics.\nLevel up the design system with Engineering. Build scalable patterns for complex, power-user workflows, and raise the bar on quality and adoption across the product\nHelp define the product’s long-term direction. Your portfolio includes detailed case studies showing your process and the results you delivered.\nYour craft stands out.
