Whether you edit, annotate, convert, listen to, or read, Documents brings everything together in one seamless experience.\nAbout the role:\n\nAs a Senior Product Manager at Documents by Readdle, you will take full ownership of defining and delivering our product vision across multiple platforms - including our current expansion to web and upcoming future platforms. You will play a central role in shaping and executing our strategy, turning emerging technologies into meaningful user-facing features that drive business outcomes.\nThis is a highly autonomous and impactful role where you are expected to lead initiatives from zero to launch: defining the opportunity, aligning stakeholders, validating user needs, collaborating with engineering and design, and ensuring successful delivery. You'll work closely with the Product Lead to co-own the strategic direction of Documents, and be a key driver of growth.\nWhat you will do:\nContinuously define, update, and execute the product roadmap to align with user needs, business goals, and our ongoing expansion across platforms (including web and future surfaces.\nLead end-to-end development of key features, including AI-powered tools, that drive measurable user and business impact.\nRun research to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.\nUse product data and user insights to define problems, validate hypotheses, and guide prioritization.\nCollaborate with design, engineering, research, and marketing to ensure high-quality delivery.\nShape the product roadmap for a major product area - balancing user value and strategic business needs.\nDrive product enhancements and experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly based on learnings.\nAbout you:\nProven track record of owning product development and launching impactful features.\nStrong analytical skills - fluent in metrics, funnels, experimentation, and analytical tools.\nDeep user empathy - experience conducting or leveraging user research to inform decisions.\nStrategic thinking - the ability to connect product work to broader business and user goals.\nExperience working in cross-functional teams (including design, engineering, and research).\nComfortable operating with high autonomy in ambiguous environments.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nStrong understanding of mobile UX and product lifecycle.\nOutcome-driven mindset - always looking for the impact of product decisions.\nHands-on experience with AI tools for automating product workflows or enhancing team productivity\nWould be a plus:\nExperience in both mobile and web platforms.\nBackground in productivity, file management or similar niche\nPrior experience working on or shipping AI-powered features / products\nComfortable experimenting with AI-prototyping / \"vibe-coding\" tools\nWhat you will get at Readdle:\nCustomer-centric culture.
