This is a hands-on position responsible for producing precision sheet-metal components used in the industrial bakery equipment and processing systems we manufacture.\nThe right person will be comfortable setting up and operating press brake equipment, reading technical drawings and checking completed parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSet up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal according to specifications.\nRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, bills of materials and flat layouts.\nInspect completed parts using measuring tools, gauges and other inspection equipment.\nMake machine adjustments as needed to produce accurate, functional components.\nPerform deburring, alignment and other finishing work using hand and power tools.\nAssist with the assembly of components and subassemblies as needed.\nMaintain production and quality records while minimizing material waste.\nKeep the work area clean and organized and follow all company safety procedures.\nQualifications\nWhat You’ll Bring\nAt least one year of manufacturing or metal-fabrication experience;
