From premium software development to digital transformation, our global community of experts do it all - here are some of our most recent digital ventures to give you an idea of what that means.\nYour daily tasks include:\nWorking together with the client’s tech and business teams and helping them pick the right technologies suitable for their needs\n\nDelivering the client and the team according to the needs of the project\n\nBuilding, deploying, and maintaining ML models that serve users reliably in production day after day.\n\nCreating architectures for the continuous gathering of new training data for ML models\n\nBuilding interfaces for delivering the results of ML models to end users\n\nOther software development-related tasks, such as debugging, designing, and participating in creating the architecture\n\nYou enjoy designing scalable machine learning architecture that processes vast quantities of data and delivers refined results to end users.\nTo thrive in this position, you'll need\nHands-on experience in continuously developing and deploying machine learning models\n\nWe don’t have a hard limit on years of experience, but we’ve noticed that these Machine Learning competencies often take 3+ years to accumulate\n\nExperience with common tools, libraries, and platforms in the field of machine learning\n\nA good grasp of common machine-learning techniques\n\nAn understanding of infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)\n\nCloud development experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)\n\nA solid programming foundation (Python required, other languages are a plus, for example, Java, Javascript/Typescript, C++)\n\nExperience working on data with SQL\n\nYou are a software engineer at heart and you don't leave a legacy behind\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to work with clients to figure out their data needs\n\nFluency in both English and Finnish is preferable\n\nWhy join us?\nFor two decades, we’ve been developing qualities and capabilities for adapting, reacting, and supporting change - building Reaktor to hold up in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the well-being of our people.\nWhile working at Reaktor, we’ll provide you with:\nThe ability to impact how you work.
