As an employee at Real Alloy you can expect competitive wages, excellent benefits, paid holidays and vacation!\nPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:\nOperating a Forklift, Payloader and Lot Truck.\nLearn mill controls and mill operations.\nMonitor mill process machinery for any unexpected problems.\nUnderstanding controls and operations of the baghouse.\nSwitch out and weighing of material stored in boxes and roll-off boxes.\nThis is a job summary - a full job description will be shared upon mutual interest.\nPay rate: $24.19/hr. 2nd and 3rd shift pays $1.00/hr. shift bonus.\nReal Alloy is currently offering a RETENTION BONUS:$300 at 90 days and$1,000 at 9 months\nQualifications\nAbility to work well with other employees and customers.\nSome administration skills are helpful.\nSome mechanical aptitude, equipment familiarization and general math is helpful.\n(OT) Overtime as required.
