You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and leadership to understand our customers, uncover what matters most to them, and bring REAL's value to life across different audiences and channels.\nFrom crafting impactful messaging and sales materials to driving targeted campaigns, social media, and industry events, you'll play a key role in building our market presence and supporting business growth.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves technology, understands B2B marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll have the freedom to bring new ideas, take ownership, and make a real impact on how we position and grow REAL.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop compelling product messaging and value propositions tailored to different customer segments, industries, and buyer personas.\nTranslate complex AI product capabilities into clear business value across different marketing channels and materials.\nPartner closely with Sales to create tailored presentations, pitch decks, customer stories, and other materials that support enterprise sales and customer engagement.\nCreate marketing content across multiple channels, including email campaigns, sales outreach, and digital platforms.\nManage REAL's social media presence, including content planning, creation, and publishing, with a focus on LinkedIn.\nPlan and execute industry events and conferences, including logistics, vendor coordination, marketing materials, and follow-up activities.\nDrive targeted field marketing initiatives and campaigns to engage key accounts and support business growth.\nCollaborate with Product and customer-facing teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and continuously improve marketing messaging.\nTake end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives, from planning and content development through execution.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\n4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or field marketing within a technology company, preferably SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.\nStrong product understanding and ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling business value.\nProven experience developing messaging, positioning, and marketing content tailored to different customer segments and audiences.\nExperience working closely with Sales teams to support customer engagement and business growth.\nHands-on experience creating content across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, and sales materials.\nExperience planning and coordinating B2B events, conferences, or field marketing activities.\nStrong interest in AI, with curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring and using AI tools in everyday work.\nExcellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills, with native-level English proficiency -
