Role Overview

Real Chemistry is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, Beyond Insights  (Omnichannel Analytics) to help us build and scale our business intelligence practice for our media and omnichannel clients through advanced analytics, insights, and attribution modeling. We are looking for someone with hands-on-keyboard experience crafting analyses that answer clients’ key business questions about media performance. Reporting to the Director, Beyond Insights, this position will be client facing, with the opportunity to speak to ongoing deliverables and work with cross-functional media, strategy, and technology teams. You will get to use a new set of data partners to seamlessly integrate media and channel data flowing from partners into Tableau dashboards and ultimately client-facing performance reports.

Location:  This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and deliver time-based performance reporting for media and omnichannel campaigns (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting)
  • Integrate media, channel, and partner data sources into Tableau dashboards and client-facing performance reports
  • Conduct data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and mining across structured media and marketing data sources
  • Develop quantitative analyses, predictive models, and attribution approaches that explain how media programs are performing and where to optimize
  • Craft analyses and insights that answer clients’ key business questions, and present findings directly to client and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with media, strategy, data engineering, and marketing technology teams on measurement methodology and campaign execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence/advanced analytics/data analytics working closely with data
  • Pharmaceutical media and marketing experience, with hands-on exposure to HCP and/or consumer omnichannel campaigns
  • Experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis, including the development of algorithms leveraging SQL, R or Python
  • Experience working with relational databases and with Snowflake or Databricks
  • Experience with visualization tools/packages such as Tableau or PowerBI, and with creating dashboards
  • Experience with reporting in media tools like Google Campaign Manager, Doubleclick Campaign Manager and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience building reports in Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations to senior clients externally or to senior internal stakeholders
  • Formal training/education in quantitative/data analysis, and an understanding of causal inference
  • Understanding of visual information design principles
  • Knowledge of agile principles/project management and experience with agile tools and methodologies

The Ideal Candidate

  • Creative.  You are energized by turning messy, multi-source media data into clear answers to real business questions. You love asking questions and pushing hard to find answers
  • Customer first.  You enjoy client-facing work and can explain your analysis and its implications to a non-technical audience
  • A collaborator.  You thrive in cross-functional teams and are comfortable working across Media, Analytics, Strategy, and Technology partners
  • A culture carrier.  You embody Real Chemistry’s values of Best Together, Impact Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always, and Accountability with an “I.”

At Real Chemistry, we believe we're at our best when we're connected. Our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach is designed to foster collaboration, learning, innovation, and meaningful relationships while providing flexibility where appropriate. Because our workforce spans multiple countries, regions, and client needs, work arrangements may vary by role and location. Some positions offer hybrid or remote flexibility, while others require regular in-office presence. For example, certain teams and regions, including some of our UK operations, have office-based requirements. Your recruiter will discuss the specific expectations for the role you're pursuing during the interview process and keep you informed throughout the hiring journey. For employees located within a one-hour commute of a Real Chemistry office, we require in-person attendance two days per week, either from a Real Chemistry office or when working onsite with clients. Employees in regions without a nearby office may work remotely and come together throughout the year for collaboration, culture-building, learning, and team connection opportunities. While these guidelines reflect our current workplace model, we understand that everyone’s circumstances are unique. If you require additional flexibility, we welcome an open conversation with your recruiter and our HR team to discuss your needs and determine what may be possible.
