This is a junior, supportive role focusing on coordination, documentation, and administrative project support. Lead and collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives with excellence.\nCoordinate project meetings, workshops and other planning activities. Assist in developing project plans and schedules and support Project Managers in various tasks. Assist in maintain project documentation. \nGather and maintain all necessary documentation related to the project, as well as acceptance protocols for each project phase.\nAssist to develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities (SoW). \nCoordinate with resource managers to ensure the availability of required skills and expertise. \nIdentify all necessary stakeholders and establish communication channels. Follow the project monitoring methodology of RC (tools, KPIs, communication path & escalation process).\nIdentify project stakeholders and their interests and expectations. Effectively manage communication with the customer’s governing bodies to verify positive collaboration and active participation towards the project’s objectives.\n Manage expectations and ensure alignment between stakeholders, project team, and other relevant parties. \nIdentify, assess and prioritize project risks and opportunities. Develop and implement risk response plans to mitigate or exploit identifies risks.
