This role holds end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of medium to large-scale projects. Lead and collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives with excellence.\nDevelop project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, resources. \nDefine the project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. \nCreate a detailed work plan as well as the critical path, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. \nDetermine the resources required to complete the project in collaboration with stakeholders. \nDevelop a project schedule that effectively allocates resources to activities, in alignment with the approved Statement of Work (SoW).\nCoordinate with resource managers to ensure the availability of required skills and expertise. \nIdentify all necessary stakeholders and establish communication channels. Follow the project monitoring methodology of RC (tools, KPIs, communication path & escalation process).\nIdentify project stakeholders and their interests and expectations. Effectively manage communication with the customer’s governing bodies to verify positive collaboration and active participation towards the project’s objectives.\nManage expectations and ensure alignment between stakeholders, project team, and other relevant parties. \nIdentify, assess and prioritize project risks and opportunities.
