Maintenance locations will span across King and Snohomish Counties.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform maintenance and projects as assigned by property managers\nCoordinate and complete unit turns efficiently and on schedule\nPerform painting, drywall installation/repair, texturing, and finishing\nBuild, repair, and maintain fences\nInstall and repair doors, door frames, and door hardware\nDiagnose maintenance issues and determine/communicate appropriate repair solutions\nUse AppFolio tools to document work completed with property managers\nEnsure all work meets company quality standards and safety requirements\nMaintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition\nCommunicate project updates with management teams\nQualifications\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in:\nPainting\nDrywall repair and installation\nFlooring installation and repairs\nFence and deck repairs\nMillwork and trim carpentry\nDoor installations and repairs\nResidential unit turns\nStrong knowledge of maintenance and construction practices\nAbility to read basic work orders, measurements, and project scopes\nSkilled in the use of hand and power tools\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities\nStrong time management and organizational skills\nAbility to work independently and lead projects from start to finish\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred\nAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior leadership or supervisory experience\nOSHA or safety certifications are a plus\nWork Environment\nIndoor and outdoor work environments\nFrequent standing, lifting, climbing, bending, and kneeling\nExposure to varying weather conditions and construction materials\nBenefits & Pay\nCompensation for the Maintenance Handy-Person position is a base pay of $32.00 -
