You’ll partner closely with our Sales team throughout the sales process, from discovery and product demonstrations to solution design and technical validation. You’ll also work with existing customers to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities.\nWe’re looking for someone who understands the business behind commercial real estate or construction, can quickly understand complex customer workflows, and knows how to turn business challenges into compelling technology solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with the Sales team throughout the enterprise sales process, from discovery and product demonstrations through solution design and closing.\nLead customer discovery to understand business challenges, workflows, and pain points, and translate them into compelling REAL use cases.\nBring deep commercial real estate expertise into customer conversations and help identify where REAL can create measurable business value.\nDeliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with each customer’s business and priorities.\nWork with existing customers to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities.\nAct as a trusted business and product partner across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.\nCollaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable solutions and product feedback.\nContinuously deepen your knowledge of REAL’s platform and the commercial real estate market.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\n 4+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate, construction, real estate advisory/services, PropTech, or a closely related industry.\nExperience within the commercial real estate ecosystem, such as an operator, developer, investment firm, property management company, construction company, or leading CRE advisory/services firm.\nStrong understanding of commercial real estate business, financial, and operational processes.\nExperience in a client-facing or customer-facing role, with the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.\nStrong commercial mindset and ability to uncover business needs, identify opportunities, and connect them to technology solutions.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with excellent written and spoken English -
