Role Overview

As a Financial Product Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of Product, AI, Data, and Customer Success.

You’ll become an expert in REAL’s AI platform and help ensure customers receive accurate, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

This role combines financial reasoning, product understanding, analytical thinking, and technical curiosity. You’ll evaluate AI-generated outputs, validate product behaviour, investigate customer use cases, identify product improvements, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to enhance the platform.

What You’ll Do

• Become an expert in REAL’s AI platform and customer workflows.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs and validate the quality and accuracy of product results.
• Perform functional product testing across real customer scenarios.
• Analyse financial, operational, and product data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Investigate customer questions and complex business cases.
• Design scalable product solutions for enterprise customers.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to recommend product improvements based on customer feedback and data.
• Support customer onboarding and validate product configurations.
• Identify product gaps, edge cases, and workflow improvements.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear product recommendations.
• Continuously improve product quality and customer experience.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Product / Business / Financial Analyst
• Technical Product Support
• Solutions Consultant
• Product / FinTech Operations
• Implementation Consultant
• Experience working with SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers, financial data, and business metrics.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) - mandatory.
• Ability to understand complex business workflows and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Experience identifying product issues and recommending improvements.
• Comfortable performing product validation and investigating functional issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, AI, and Customer Success teams.
• High attention to detail and strong ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, Financial Services, ERP, or Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with AI products or LLM-based platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.
• Experience using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
• Background in accounting, finance, or business analysis.
