contact for clients who use verification services \nAssist disgruntled clients and figure out which department they need to contact\nMinor troubleshooting \nAssist clients in navigating through verifications portal\nComplete cold calls to property management companies which can become potential clients \nMaintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines\nRecommending improved procedures\nResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint\nDetermining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem\nExpediting correction or adjustment\nHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives\nKeep records of customer interactions\nBilingual representatives are expected to assist with inbound/outbound transfers when needed in addition to their own workload. \nQualifications\n2+ years of customer service/call center experience\nExcellent oral and written communication skills in English\nSome higher education preferred (Bachelor's degree)\nSkilled in touch typing \nQuick learner and adaptable \nAble to work independently with minimal supervision\nExcellent interpersonal communication skills \nAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently \nMust be able to work in a team environment\nMust be available to work weekends \nStrong sense of
