Operating with minimal supervision, this role owns each project from contract handoff through project closeout, leading high-profile deployments of smart home, access control, IoT, gate and entry, community Wi-Fi, network infrastructure, bulk technology and resident technology platforms within occupied multifamily communities. Responsibilities End-to-End Project Ownership: Own assigned projects and programs from contract handoff through formal closeout across all phases (Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing), managing up to 30 concurrent projects which may include large customer portfolios.
