analytics delivery with ongoing data discovery in a decentralized data environment.\nResponsibilities\nBusiness Intelligence and Data Analytics\nDesign, build, and maintain BI dashboards and analytical solutions that support operational, strategic, and ad hoc analytical needs.\nOwn metrics and KPIs end-to-end, including definition, calculation logic, validation, and ongoing consistency.\nTranslate business questions into analytical approaches, dashboards, reports, and supporting data structures.\nEnsure analytics are accurate, well-documented, and aligned with agreed-upon metric definitions.\nProvide ongoing analytical support to stakeholders, including investigations, deep dives, and clarification of results.\nData Discovery, Centralization and Documentation\nLead data discovery efforts to determine whether required data exists, how it is defined, and where it resides.\nIdentify equivalent or related data elements across systems and document authoritative sources.\nSupport data centralization and consolidation by identifying overlaps, gaps, and inconsistencies across datasets.\nCreate and maintain documentation that supports repeatable analytics, metric consistency, and long-term scalability.\nData Quality and Accuracy\nValidate data used in dashboards and analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability.\nIdentify data limitations, definition gaps, or quality issues and clearly communicate their impact.\nPromote consistent interpretation and responsible use of metrics across teams.\nCross-Functional Partnership\nCreate BI dashboards and analytical outputs in close partnership with business, product, and technical teams.\nServe as a day-to-day analytics partner supporting decision-making through data and insights.\nCommunicate analytical findings, assumptions, and limitations clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.\nOperate effectively in environments with evolving documentation and distributed data ownership.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nAdvanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.\nAdvanced SQL skills with experience querying complex, multi-schema, multi-source data environments.\nStrong experience delivering BI dashboards, recurring analytics, and ad hoc analysis for business stakeholders.\nDemonstrated experience operating in decentralized or federated data environments.\nExperience contributing to data inventories, cataloging efforts, or metric standardization initiatives.\nHands-on experience with modern BI and visualization tools (for example, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).\nPreferred:\nExperience with data modeling, analytics engineering, or data science practices.\nExposure to statistical analysis or advanced analytical techniques.\nFamiliarity with formal data governance or data quality frameworks.\nPhysical Demands and Working Conditions\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects,
