We are based out of San Antonio, TX, but are truly a remote and telecommuting company.\nWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\nThe Training Specialist’s primary role is to implement advanced, educational solutions that will improve our customer and internal teams' product knowledge. The Specialist will help implement the learning and deployment strategy, as well as expand existing training programs. This role will require close collaboration with our product teams, the customer success organization, as well as RealTime’s valuable customers\nWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?\nGain and share a mastery of the RealTime, Devana Solutions, and Complion product lines.\nPartner with the customer and functional area/SMEs to develop, implement, and maintain training instructional materials in multiple modalities including aids, videos, live/virtual instructor-led training, and online self-directed trainings to assist customers and employees in learning software functionality.\nLead regularly scheduled virtual role-based training sessions with customers.\nCreate new and improve existing curriculum within the RealTime University and/or LMS system.\nTrain customers and internal teams on new systems and product updates.\nConduct advanced onboarding training for Training/LMS Specialists, outlining training and LMS policies, procedures, product knowledge, and the company's training service strategy.\nCreate, document, measure, and report on the effectiveness of a Trainer program.\nFoster a creative, positive, efficient, and collaborative team working environment.\nWork closely with all product management and customer-facing teams on the primary value proposition for new customer solutions to leverage while training various audiences\nShare best practices and contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems.\nImprove processes and procedures to serve the customer better and/or improve productivity.\nMaintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.\nMaintain compliance with company policies and procedures regarding the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
