This role will involve supervising a team of associates, coordinating workflow, and addressing any operational issues that arise.\nCORE FUNCTIONS\noSupervise, train, and motivate shift employees.\noConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.\noFoster a positive and productive work environment.\noOversee the daily workflow and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing.\noMonitor and improve operational processes to meet performance metrics and deadlines.\noCoordinate with other supervisors and departments to ensure seamless operations.\noEnsure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.\noEnsure all products are handled and stored correctly to prevent damage.\noAddress and resolve any issues or escalate to shift management.\noPromote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.\noConduct regular safety audits and training sessions.\noHandle incident reports as needed.\noAct as the main point of contact for team-related issues and concerns.\noCommunicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.\noPrepare and present team reports and performance data to management.\noIdentify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.\noStay updated with industry trends and best practices.\noLead or participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving distribution center operations.\nQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS\nEducation and Experience\n·Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in logistics, business, or related field required.\n·3+ years of experience in operations or logistics required.\n·1+ years of experience at a leadership level with similar responsibilities preferred.\nRequired Licenses\n·Ability to become licensed in operating powered warehouse equipment such as reach forklift trucks and order pickers.\nSkills, Abilities, and Knowledge\n·Strong team management abilities.\n·Excellent organizational and time management skills.\n·Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS software.\n·Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\n·Effective communication and interpersonal skills.\n·Ability to respond to customer or carrier requests in a timely and professional manner.\n·Ability to adapt to changes while maintaining productivity measures.\nTravel\n· Minimal travel may be required.\nAbout Real Truck\nRealTruck is the premier manufacturer and digital destination of accessories for truck, Jeep®, Bronco® and off-road enthusiasts around the world.
