Operates Cherry Picker, Sit-Down Forklift, Reach Truck and EPJ. Uses RF Scanners to receive, pick and ship orders daily.\nReasons you’ll love the RealTruck family:\nWork a set, full-time schedule. \nOrientation & training is paid.\nEnjoy weekly pay that is direct deposited.\nEmployee engagement - Referral bonuses, holiday parties, town halls, listening sessions, and more! \nCORE FUNCTIONS\nPrepare product for movement throughout the warehouse, including sorting, scanning, repackaging, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping,\nOperate powered equipment to move products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, once certified.\nPerform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.\nAssemble component parts into kits; packages and labels kits; enters kit data into WMS.\nPick and pack bulk and drop-ship inventory for shipment according to customer order; stages inventory for shipment; loads trailers.\nUnload trailers; receives product, verifying accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS.\nScan palletized product wraps and labels according to customer requirements and loads pallets onto trailers.\nReceives returned product; verifies warranty status; updates WMS; prepares product for disposal or return to stock.\nTrains other employees; maintains a clean and safe workspace; other duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS\nEducation and Experience\n·Highschool Diploma required.\n·6-12 months of related experience and or training required.\n·2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.\n·Previous forklift experience preferred.\nRequired Licenses\n·Driver’s license preferred.\nSkills, Abilities, and Knowledge\n·Skilled in the use of a pallet jack, tape gun.\n·Basic computer skills.\n·Skilled in the operation of a computer with emphasis on WMS and MS Office.\n·Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.\n·Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.\n·Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\n·Ability to count and perform basic math.\n·Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.\nTravel\n·None.\nCOMPETENCIES\n·Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.\n·Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
