You will work closely with participants as they navigate questions around identity and purpose, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of the IFD program and Purpose Design program.\nThe IFD program and Purpose Design program involve past childhood reflection, identity modelling and life mission development, ultimately leading to meaningful and practical application to work and life.\nThis role is well suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people and can adapt to different personalities and situations. The work involves supporting participants through complex and often open-ended conversations, therefore strong listening skills and interpersonal awareness are important. Equally important is a willingness to take initiative and contribute in a dynamic environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nFacilitation Support\nAssist in planning and facilitating IFD sessions and Purpose Design sessions focused on identity exploration, worldview development and life mission framing\nSupport facilitators in creating productive and engaging learning environments\nObserve participant interactions and identify opportunities to deepen engagement\nParticipant Engagement\nBuild strong working relationships with participants throughout the client journey\nAct as a consistent point of contact and support\nCommunicate thoughtfully and adapt your approach depending on individual needs and contexts\nResearch and Program Development\nConduct research to strengthen facilitation practices and participant experiences\nContribute to team discussions about ideas and improvements to existing frameworks and methodologies\nDocumentation and Operations\nCapture key insights, track participant progress and maintain clear documentation\nSupport internal coordination across different initiatives\nRequirements\nWho May Thrive in This Role\nWe are interested in people who
