Rebag has been featured in the New York Times, Business of Fashion, VOGUE, TechCrunch and more.\nRole:\nThe E-commerce Operations Coordinator supports Rebag’s daily online operations across Rebag.com and third-party marketplaces, managing orders, escalations, fraud reviews, listings, and operational issues. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of e-commerce or customer service experience, strong English, excellent attention to detail, and a hands-on mindset. Weekend availability is required.\nResponsibilities\nOversee order processing, including cancellations and refunds on Rebag and marketplaces\nManage customer support cases escalated to ecommerce team\nTroubleshoot problematic orders, shipping delays, and any other related complications and work with cross-functional (customer service, operations, retail) teams to resolve promptly and improve for future experiences\nPerform fraud review on orders flagged in our internal queue with a focus on quick communication to the client\nHelp create and upload marketplace listings and feeds, as well as understand third party marketplace integrations\nOversee third party marketplace questions and escalations\nPerforms daily checks of order statuses within our backend and plug-in\nAssist in various audit requests throughout the calendar year\nManage ecommerce projects including but not limited to continuous improvement, process design and automation.\nAssist in various ecom ops tasks such as: listings, discounts, order management for marketplaces including TikTok Shop, Vestiaire, Ebay, Amazon Seller Central, and others. \nAssist with various tasks related to TikTok Live: organizing product sets for lives, adding more items during the live sessions, handling coupon discount creation, chats and cancellations.\nPerform and support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned within the Ecommerce Operations scope\nRequirements\n1-2 years of previous experience in ecommerce or a dual ecommerce/customer service role\nAvailability from Wednesday to Sunday 9 am to 6 pm EST\nProcess oriented and high attention to detail, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks\nStrong written and communication skills with ability to clearly present ideas and provide feedback\nStartup minded, positive, and a hands-on attitude.\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment\nShopify Plus and Zendesk experience is a plus\nBachelor’s Degree\nAbility to operate fully remotely and
