We are building a set of AI native products that will define how this industry operates.\nWe are looking for an Implementation Manager who sees onboarding as the foundation of long-term client value, not a checklist. You will design and lead implementations that turn new clients into confident, active users, translating how each firm quotes and estimates into a configuration that drives adoption and lasting impact. You will own relationships, build repeatable processes that scale with our growth, and serve as a key voice to product as we shape how AI transforms construction.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn In-Person Onboardings: run kickoff sessions, virtual demos, and hands-on trainings\n\nBuild Repeatable Processes: create playbooks, materials, metrics, and tracking\n\nBe the Voice of the Customer: gather feedback on-site (up to 50% travel) and feed it straight to the Founders\n\nTroubleshoot in Real Time: clear adoption blockers and keep implementations on track\n\nCollaborate with Founders, Sales, and Engineering to surface insights, champion the client perspective, and influence the product roadmap\n\nHelp to maintain the client management section of our CRM and ticketing/messaging systems supporting inbound questions via email, live messaging, video calls, and tickets, ensuring fast, accurate, and tactical responses\n\nCreate and maintain internal and client-facing documentation, including workflows, FAQs, and best practices grounded in real construction and HVAC use cases\n\nHelp develop product demos, training materials, and short tutorials that make complex features easy to understand and adopt for technical and non-technical users\n\nWhat You Bring\n3+ years in a technical or operational role within the Commercial HVAC/Mechanical industry (e.g., Estimating, Project Management, or MEP Design)\n\nHVAC industry familiarity (required)\n\nProject-management chops: you thrive building processes from scratch and hitting deadlines\n\nTop-notch communication: you simplify technical concepts for any audience\n\nWillingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of each month)\n\nBonus:\nExperience creating training content (videos, docs, workshops)\n\nProven track record of in-person rollouts and trainings\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nFirst 2 Weeks\nDevelop foundational knowledge of the product, platform, and core workflows\n\nShadow client calls and participate in on-site kickoffs to understand implementation approach\n\nGain familiarity with client use cases, operational processes, and success metrics\n\nFirst 30 Days\nIndependently manage day-to-day digital client communications and resolve common support questions\n\nConfidently demo core product features and present value-driven solutions to clients\n\nFirst 60 Days\nLead new client onboarding engagements, owning the full implementation lifecycle from Sales handoff through on-site kickoff\n\nPartner cross-functionally to drive client growth, engagement, and long-term adoption\n\nAct as a trusted client resource for product best practices and implementation guidance\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: based on experience\n\nEquity: meaningful grant, aligned with your background\n\nBenefits: medical, dental, vision\n\nPerks: free lunches and dinners\n\nThis is a full-time, remote based role, we are seeking candidates that live in the South Central US or in the Pacific timezone.
