This role plays a key part in maintaining a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment that supports Rebel Athletic operations. The ideal candidate excels with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Shopify, Freshservice, and security governance, and thrives in a fast-paced setting where problem solving is a daily sport.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nLead and mentor System Administrators and Helpdesk team members\nOversee daily IT operations, escalations, and workload prioritization\nDevelop IT processes, SOPs, documentation, and training materials\nServe as the top technical escalation point for system and infrastructure issues\nManage Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive\nAdminister Entra ID identity management (MFA, SSO, conditional access, governance)\nOversee Intune device management and user lifecycle administration\nLead cybersecurity initiatives including phishing and spam awareness training\nManage email security and threat protection platforms\nConduct vulnerability assessments, patch compliance, and system hardening\nAdminister Shopify accounts, permissions, and platform integrations\nManage Freshservice workflows, automations, and asset management\nSupport additional SaaS platforms and integrations across the business\nLead upgrades, migrations, and automation projects across IT systems\nMaintain IT documentation, standards, and architecture records\nProvide Tier 2 and Tier 3 advanced technical support to the organization\nQualifications\n5+ years of Systems Administration experience, including leadership responsibilities\nExpertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows/macOS, and security governance\nExperience administering phishing/spam training tools, Freshservice, and Shopify\nStrong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills\nValid driver’s license if travel between Rebel Athletic locations is required\nPreferred Qualifications\nPowerShell scripting or automation experience\nExperience with Zero Trust architecture, MFA, or conditional access design\nExposure to SIEM/SOC operations\nRelevant Microsoft or security certifications\n\nCompensation Range\n$70,000 - $85,000 per year\nBenefits Highlights\nPaid Time Off (PTO).\nCompany-paid holidays available immediately upon hire.\nAnnual discretionary bonus opportunity.\nMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance.\nVoluntary benefits, including supplemental life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and additional coverage options.\n401(k) plan with company match.\nBenefit eligibility and effective dates depend on company policy and plan requirements.\nWorking Conditions\nFull-time position operating in a professional office and warehouse environment.\nPrimarily office-based work involving prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.\nFrequent use of computers, multiple monitors, technical systems, and IT management platforms.\nOccasional travel between Rebel Athletic locations may be required.\nMay require availability outside normal business hours for scheduled system maintenance, urgent technical issues, or high-priority projects.\nRequires the ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to technical escalations, and maintain focus under deadline pressure.\nRegular interaction with employees, department leaders, external vendors, and IT team members across the organization.\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\nRebel Athletic LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
