You'll plan, create, publish, and iterate on content that grows our audience and makes people feel the REBEL thrill of the find.\nYou'll work directly with the CEO and leadership on what REBEL should be saying, then own turning that into a content calendar and a steady stream of posts, videos, and reactive moments. You'll report on what's working and bring a point of view on what to try next.\nThis is a hands-on role. There is no agency and no layer between you and the work.\nWhat You'll Own\nSocial Channels & Content\nRun REBEL's social channels day-to-day-Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms\nBuild and manage the content calendar; plan, shoot, edit, write, and publish\nCreate reactive content against trends and cultural moments, fast\nMaintain a consistent posting cadence without sacrificing quality or brand fit\nTest and iterate on formats, hooks, and story angles; kill what isn't working\nCommunity Management\nOwn comments, DMs, and community engagement across platforms\nSurface what the REBEL community is saying and feed it back to the team\nTurn customers and fans into repeat commenters, sharers, and advocates\nCreator Coordination\nSource and reach out to creators; manage day-to-day communication and logistics\nBrief creators so their content feels native and on-brand\nTrack creator content performance and flag standout partners\nReporting\nTrack and report on organic reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth\nBring a recommendation, not just a number-what the data says we should do next\nWhat You'll Support\nBrand voice.Apply REBEL's voice and style guidelines consistently, and flag where they need updating as channels evolve\nEarned media.Support PR efforts with content, assets, and social amplification of coverage\nPartnerships and events.Contribute content and coverage for co-marketing partnerships and IRL moments\nCross-functional work.Partner with growth, creative, and product on campaign support and launch content\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience\n4-6 years in social media, content, or brand marketing; e-commerce or marketplace experience a huge plus\nA portfolio of content you personally made-not decks about content other people made\nDemonstrated growth of a brand or creator account on at least one major platform\nComfortable with a phone camera and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)\nExperience reporting on social performance and adjusting based on it\nStartup, challenger brand, or creator-economy experience strongly preferred\nAbility to travel up to 50% of the time\nSkill Set\nStrong writer with a distinctive voice and good instincts for a hook\nDeep, current understanding of how content spreads on social platforms\nStrong POV on what works-and what doesn't-on the internet today\nOrganized enough to keep a calendar moving while staying reactive\nComfortable operating without agencies, big teams, or safety nets\nMindset\nBuilder mentality with a bias toward action\nGenuinely enjoys creating, editing, posting, and iterating\nLow ego, high standards, strong opinions, loosely held\nEnergized by speed, experimentation, and ownership\nWants to grow into leading brand and social at a company that's scaling\nWhy REBEL\nOwn REBEL's voice on the internet with real creative latitude\nDirect access to founders and executive leadership\nReal ownership and visibility on a small team\nRocket-ship growth with meaningful upside\nA clear path to grow with the role as the brand scales\nPay Transparency\nThis is a full-time, exempt position. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
