might be our missing piece if you have:\nProven experience as a Solution Architect in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, combining architecture ownership with hands-on engineering.\n\nStrong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).\n\nHands-on experience building PCF components, developing C# plugins, and implementing client-side scripting using the XRM SDK.\n\nStrong coding skills in C#/.NET, PowerShell, React and TypeScript.\n\nA solid understanding of Azure infrastructure, security and integrations, including services such as Azure Functions and Azure Synapse.\n\nHands-on experience provisioning and managing infrastructure with Terraform.\n\nExperience developing and maintaining Power BI Reports and Power BI Paginated Reports.\n\nStrong architecture skills and the ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.\n\nExperience with Power Platform application lifecycle management (ALM), CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps or similar tools, and Git.\n\nExperience with Dataverse capacity management, data retention and disaster recovery.\n\nFamiliarity with Power Platform governance and security models.\n\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.\n\nAvailability for on-call support, including nights and weekends, for row-level security and performance optimization.\n\nExperience integrating Terraform infrastructure deployments into CI/CD pipelines.\n\nMicrosoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure or Power BI, such as PL-600.\n\nWe will be working together on the following:\nOwning the architecture of Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse and Power Platform solutions, translating business requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable designs.\n\nBuilding and extending Dynamics 365 solutions through PCF components, C# plugins and client-side scripting using the XRM SDK.\n\nDeveloping applications, integrations and automation scripts using C#/.NET, PowerShell, React and TypeScript.\n\nDeveloping and improving Power Apps applications, Power Automate workflows and integrations with Azure services and external systems.\n\nProvisioning and maintaining Azure infrastructure using Terraform.\n\nDeveloping and maintaining Power BI Reports and Power BI Paginated Reports.\n\nManaging Dataverse capacity, storage costs and data retention, and defining and testing disaster recovery procedures.\n\nDefining and maintaining CI/CD, ALM, version control, governance and security practices.\n\nProviding technical guidance and mentorship, reviewing architecture and code, and resolving complex technical issues.\n\nCollaborating with product and engineering teams to refine requirements, plan delivery, document key technical decisions and keep implementation aligned with the architecture.\n\nProviding on-call support for Broad Arrow Live Auctions, including nights and
