NC-SI, etc.)\nControl high-speed general-purpose interface devices such as PCIe and USB, and integrate them into BMC firmware\nDesign and implement firmware update/rollback and system reliability (RAS) features\nCollaborate with HW/SoC teams during hardware bring-up to debug system-level issues and ensure stability\nKey Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in embedded or system-level firmware and software development (Embedded Linux or RTOS-based environments)\nStrong C/C++ development and debugging skills in embedded and system-level contexts\nDeep understanding of OS fundamentals and system software, including boot flow, IPC, and device communication\nDeep understanding of Linux kernel architecture and device drivers\nAbility to read and interpret hardware datasheets and schematics, and collaborate effectively with hardware engineers\nExperience debugging at the hardware and software boundary using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic and bus analyzers, and JTAG\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills\nCandidates without direct BMC firmware experience are welcome to apply if they bring a strong low-level or embedded background and a genuine interest in growing into the BMC domain\nIdeal Qualifications\nHands-on BMC firmware development experience with OpenBMC (Yocto/BitBake, D-Bus, phosphor, systemd), IPMI, PLDM, MCTP, and Redfish\nFirmware development experience on BMC SoCs such as ASPEED (AST2500/AST2600, etc.)\nExperience with platform management protocols such as PMBus, NC-SI, and MCTP over PCIe VDM\nExperience controlling and debugging high-speed interfaces such as PCIe and USB\nExperience with firmware update and recovery mechanisms, and system reliability (RAS) features\nExperience developing server or datacenter platforms, or AI accelerator systems\nExperience with new hardware bring-up
