integrations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nContinuously oversee system health to proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve high-severity production incidents while maintaining peak application uptime.\nLeverage a solid understanding of distributed microservices architectures to isolate faults and trace data flows across decoupled systems.\nTrace application workflows and debug issues seamlessly across the Angular frontend, Java backend, and middleware integrations.\nAuthor, analyze, and tune complex SQL queries to investigate data anomalies and resolve performance bottlenecks within intricate database schemas.\nEvaluate multi-application failures swiftly, perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and deploy workarounds or fixes to minimize downtime.\nManage tasks effectively by shifting focus across diverse application portfolios and environments without compromising troubleshooting quality or speed.\nPartner closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Development teams to facilitate smooth deployments, streamline release management, and maintain transparent business communication.\nIdentify, log, and escalate critical software defects discovered in UAT or production environments directly to engineering teams for remediation.\nGuide external teams and end-users through complex application integration challenges, delivering clear technical guidance and timely resolutions.\n\nMust Haves:\nProfessional proficiency in Angular, including comprehensive hands-on experience with components, services, and UI layout building using HTML and CSS.\nRobust, production-level knowledge of Core Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem, alongside strong operational familiarity with Microservices environments and distributed system designs.\nProven analytical skills with a methodical approach to navigating logs, isolating bugs, and defining definitive Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\nDeep understanding of SQL databases that spans advanced query writing, schema design inspection, and query performance optimization.\nHands-on experience navigating OpenShift or Kubernetes container environments, alongside strong familiarity with the overall software deployment lifecycle.\nStrong exposure to RESTful APIs, web service integration, and core network fundamentals including HTTP and HTTPS protocols.\nEveryday proficiency with API testing suites like Postman, database IDE tools, and log aggregation stacks such as the ELK platform or similar log management systems.\nGood understanding of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms like OAuth and SAML 2.0.\nFamiliarity with at least one caching system such as Redis, Hazelcast, or DataGrid.\nExposure to message brokers and event-driven architectures, specifically Apache Kafka.\nClear, polite, and professional communication with business stakeholders to gather incident details and provide transparent status updates during production glitches.\nAbility to compile routine operational metrics and present timely performance reports and status updates directly to management.\nAbility to mentor junior team members, guiding them through standard operational playbooks and runbook execution.\n\nGood To Have:\nFamiliarity with core system design principles, enabling a conceptual understanding of application structures, data flows, and infrastructure
