Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 Support Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our production support team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the high availability of our modern production applications. The ideal candidate possesses a strong full-stack technical background, combining Angular frontend knowledge with robust Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices backend expertise. You will act as a critical technical bridge, utilizing advanced SQL skills to diagnose database issues and leveraging deep API knowledge to assist cross-functional teams with seamless application integrations. Key Responsibilities: Continuously oversee system health to proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve high-severity production incidents while maintaining peak application uptime. Leverage a solid understanding of distributed microservices architectures to isolate faults and trace data flows across decoupled systems. Trace application workflows and debug issues seamlessly across the Angular frontend, Java backend, and middleware integrations. Author, analyze, and tune complex SQL queries to investigate data
