This role is a mix of building new features, refactoring legacy code, collaborating cross-functionally, and shaping the future of our Android platform.\nAreas of ownership:\nDrive the migration from Java to a modern Kotlin + Compose stack\n\nRefactor code that slows us down and proactively pay down tech debt\n\nBuild and modernize Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose\n\nContribute to architecture decisions (MVVM/MVI, Coroutines, platform improvements)\n\nCollaborate closely with iOS, Web, Product, Design, and QA to ship the right solutions\n\nImprove tooling, testing practices, and CI/CD where needed\n\nMaintain and improve the overall health of the Android platform\n\nRequirements:\nYou are an excellent communicator and collaborator.
