At Composite Resources, we embrace a culture defined by teamwork, ownership, and accountability.\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are on the hunt for an ambitious and proven Logistics Manager to join our team in Rock Hill, SC! This role is crucial in transforming our logistics operations, ensuring flawless inventory management, and driving continuous improvement. You will coordinate and optimize all logistics, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and material handling operations, setting the foundation for our multi-site operations.\nWhat you get to do!\nOptimize warehouse layout and material flow to support production efficiency\nEstablish material handling procedures for internal plant movements with appropriate controls and documentation\nDesign and implement warehouse organization systems to maximize space utilization and material accessibilityL\nBuild and implement a comprehensive inventory tracking system\nDevelop and complete a cycle counting program\nEstablish root cause analysis processes for inventory variances\nRedesign and standardize the receiving process\nImplement material traceability systems\nCoordinate outbound shipping operations\nEnsure adherence to domestic and international shipping regulations\nEstablish comprehensive tracking and control systems for customer/government-owned property\nDevelop strategic plans for multi-site logistics operations\nLead, mentor, and develop logistics team members\nApply Lean principles to eliminate waste in logistics processes\nWhat you will bring to the Team\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations\n5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role\nProven track record of implementing inventory management systems\nUnderstanding of shipping regulations both within the country and internationally\nProficiency with ERP/MRP systems\nStrong understanding of inventory control methodologies\nExcellent organizational and project management capabilities\nLean Six Sigma knowledge preferred\nThe BIG payoff\nWe are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.\nEvery employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!\nWe want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate\nRe:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
