Our customers span a wide array of industries including aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.\nWho we are looking for\nThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a world-class team that is committed to building the future of manufacturing and making a tangible impact in the industry.\nExport Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident (i.e. Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.\nWhat you get to do\nIdentify production requirements from various sources, including customers, regulatory bodies, industry standards, and internal company policies.\nProvide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback on customer designs.\nDevelop production processes to meet requirements with respect to safety, quality, cost, manufacturability, delivery, and customer value.\nMeasure the efficiency of production processes and procedures and lead continuous improvement efforts around those processes.\nConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and determine Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) for non-conformances within the production system.\nWhat you bring to the Team\nA Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical degree.\nFive to ten years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in controlled industries such as aerospace, medical, or nuclear, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nUnderstanding of GD&T.\n3D Modeling experience with SolidWorks preferred.\nUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.\nProblem-solving skills and formal problem-solving experience is a plus.\nUnderstanding of risk identification and analysis.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, assembly, and composites/metallics fabrication.\nKnowledge of the Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles and their application to manufacturing systems.\nCompensation Range: Annual salary for this position is expected to be between $75,000 to $120,000 plus participation in our annual bonus plan and long-term incentive plan.
