This is a general labor position actively engaged in performing deburring, drilling, tapping, threading, or other secondary operations as required\nWhat you will get to do\nRapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately perform deburring, flat sanding, removing micro joints, or other secondary operations as required.\nRead and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine required secondary operations.\nMaintain proper tools and replace as needed to meet specifications.\nRecord operational or production data.\nLoad and unload items from both mobile and stationary carts, crates and palettes.\nPlace products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.\nExamine products to verify conformance to quality standards.\nRemove products or workpieces from secondary work environment to the next operation.\nWhat you bring to the team\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent is required\n LANGUAGE SKILLS: This position requires the ability to understand and communicate basic English as defined by English equivalent to satisfactory grammar school level (6th grade English) in order to accurately comprehend and express legally required communications. (Ex. US Department of Labor (DOL) safety information (MSDS), US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) production record keeping, raw materials safe handling instructions, customer and shipping destination product labels, etc.)\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic counting and math skills.\nOTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Be able to work well under the pressure of production deadlines, work cooperatively with others and be dependable & timely in one’s work.
