(link to The Re:Build Way principles)\nWho we are looking for \nWe’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, logistics, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. You bring strong procurement expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to improve processes while ensuring materials and products are available when needed.\nYou thrive on building supplier relationships, developing teams, and solving complex supply chain challenges. With strong ERP knowledge and a continuous improvement mindset, you balance day-to-day execution with long-term operational goals.\nIn this role, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen supply chain operations, influence business strategy, and take on greater leadership responsibility as Re continues to grow.\nWhat you get to do \nLead supply chain operations across purchasing, logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and kitting to meet production and customer commitments.\n\nDevelop procurement strategies that optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and ensure material availability.\n\nCoach and develop purchasing personnel while strengthening processes and operational performance.\n\nManage supplier relationships including sourcing, negotiations, contracts, performance metrics, and audits.\n\nOversee inventory accuracy and material flow through cycle counts, receiving processes, freight coordination, and corrective actions.\n\nEnsure customs compliance with import/export regulations, documentation, tariff classifications, and broker relationships.\n\nServe as the ERP subject matter expert and maintain procurement procedures and AS9100-compliant supplier records.\n\nSupport ecommerce fulfillment through inventory planning, order coordination, and product availability.\n\nChampion Lean improvements and collaborate across Production, Sales, Quality, and Account Management to resolve challenges and improve efficiency.\n\nWhat you bring to the team \nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.\n\n10+ years of relevant supply chain, procurement, or operations experience.\n\nStrong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, logistics, shipping and receiving, and inventory control.\n\nExperience with customs compliance, import/export processes, and applicable trade regulations.\n\nProficiency with ERP systems; SyteLine experience strongly preferred.\n\nExperience leading teams, developing talent, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nStrong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage competing priorities, resolve supplier challenges, and drive operational improvements.\n\nFamiliarity with ecommerce platforms, supplier portals, and related supply chain tools.\n\nEcommerce operations experience preferred.\n\nLean / Continuous Improvement experience, particularly with Toyota Production System (TPS) methodologies, is a plus.\n\nThe BIG payoff\nWe are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.
