Expected job roles as follows:\nCommunicate clearly with shift peers and highlight all outstanding issues during passdown/ handover.\nUnderstand & maintain the major KPI including yield, output and quality.\nPerformed first level process troubleshooting according to the troubleshooting guideline and OCAP.\nWork together with operation team including equipment, quality, and manufacturing to achieve the target KPI set.\nProcess\nSafeguard KPIs during work and perform basic OCAP troubleshooting for the process engineers.\nCompile and analyze data and submit shift reports for line issues.\nTechnical, Analytical & Problem Solving\nUnderstand each individual process and learn process tuning from the engineers.\nUnderstand individual process & perform process troubleshooting to achieve highest quality product for the company.\nDepending on the competencies developed, process technicians will be required to suggest ideas on improving the quality control in the line. They may also need to monitor line performance for engineer's projects.\nMinimum ITE/Diploma in relevant discipline\n\nKnowledge in methodologies like SPC, FMEA, GR&R, DOE, 8D methodology and Fish Bone diagram.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to work under stress.\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels (operators to engineers) within the organization.\nAbility to write and speak in English and one other language.\nProactive working attitude, team player.\nChallenging spirit to improve current conditions\nHighly effective personal skills - communication and organization\nAbility to initiate without being asked\nWorking experience in Solar/Semiconductors/Electronics manufacturing industries will be advantageous\nMinimum 2 years of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment would be preferred.\nAbility to use Microsoft applications such as words, excel, and power-point.\nAbility to speak and write English.
