with test automation — Python, Playwright, Pytest\n\nExperience with API testing — Postman, Swagger\n\nBasic understanding of REST API and HTTP\n\nAbility to work autonomously and make decisions without constant guidance\n\nExpeiliarity with Jira or similar issue trackers\n\nUpper-Intermediate English (written)\n\nTech Stack\n\nTest automation: Python, Playwright, Pytest, Pydantic\n\nAPI testing: Requests / HTTPX, Postman, Swagger\n\nCI/CD & Reporting: GitLab CI, Allure Reports\n\nBasic SQL knowledge\n\nExperience with Page Object Model architecture\n\nTest Management: QASE, Jira\n\nDomain knowledge (our differentiator)\n\nBasic understanding of molecular biology — proteins, DNA/RNA, small molecules\n\nUnderstanding of protein structure from primary to quaternary (critical for understanding docking and screening results)\n\nFamiliarity with the drug development process — from target identification to clinical trials\n\nFamiliarity with concepts: protein, molecule, SMILES, docking, ADMET — or willingness to learn quickly\n\nAbility to distinguish between a UI bug and a scientific/business logic issue\n\nExperience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences software is a strong plus\n\nSoft skills\n\nAttention to detail\n\nProactive communication — if something is unclear, asks immediately\n\nComfortable working with scientists and engineers in the same
