In this role, you'll be the first voice customers hear as they navigate the Recharged EV buying and selling journey - building genuine relationships over inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, and guiding them toward the right next step in their transaction. This is an entry level position with lots of room for growth. * Please note- this is not a remote position. \"Online\" refers to our customers who are buying online.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild genuine relationships with customers, guiding them through their EV buying or selling journey with empathy and expertise via inbound/outbound calls and chat\nAdapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment where new products and EV technology keep us ahead of the competition; staying current with product updates is part of the day-to-day\nActively listen to customer needs and use critical thinking to find effective solutions in real time\nReview and verify customer documentation accurately and efficiently as part of casework\nDeliver high-quality, professional interactions on every call.\nOther duties as assigned\nSkills and Qualifications\nExperience in a customer service, retail, or call center role preferred\nInterest in or willingness to learn about electric vehicles\nExcellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, patient phone presence\nComfortable navigating multiple computer systems and learning new tools quickly\nStrong attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive documentation\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change\nAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English\nMust possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by the company's motor vehicle insurance carrier.
