Program Description:
Ourprogramprovidesstudentsthe opportunity to gain valuable work experience at a unique institution. Through dynamic, project-based work assignments and professional development activities, students get:

How You’ll Make an Impact as a P&E Intern (Junior)
The People & Engagement (P&E) program offers summer interns a unique opportunity to participate in specialized projects and receive on-the-job training and experience across one or more P&E functions, including Learning and Development, HR Operations/HR Technology, Employee Relations,Organizational Effectiveness,Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits,Internal Communications, and People Experience.
Contribute to innovative initiatives by performing in-depth research and meticulously organizing information, driving forward our organization's strategicgoalsand fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Assist People & Engagement with the implementation of people programs, procedures,plansand guidelines
The Unique Skill Sets We’re Looking For:
Current Undergraduate Junior studentdemonstratinga profound interest in Human Resources, coupled with a robust academic record anda passionfor public service,seekingtoleveragetheir educational background and enthusiasm to contribute meaningfully to our team.
Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A sense of urgency and an ability to execute quickly and efficiently
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Acrobat
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary Range:Your regular wages for the 10 weeks will be paid on a semi-monthly basis and will be calculated based on an annual salary ofeither $72,100(Junior)
